1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy published on gt777.io, form the complete agreement between the Player and gt777 governing use of the platform.

1.2 By registering an account or using any service offered by gt777, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms in full. Your continued use of the platform following any published update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility

2.1 To register and maintain an account on gt777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

3. Account Registration

3.1 Each individual Player may hold only one registered account on gt777. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, address, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited. Any duplicate accounts identified will be closed and any balances or winnings in those accounts will be forfeited.

3.2 When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You must update this information promptly if it changes.

3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person. gt777 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to keep credentials secure.

3.4 If you suspect unauthorised access to your gt777 account, you must notify gt777 support at [email protected] immediately. gt777 reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account while a security investigation is conducted.

3.5 Account registration is free of charge. gt777 does not impose any account maintenance fee on inactive accounts during the first twelve months of inactivity. After twelve consecutive months of inactivity, an administrative fee of ৳200 per month may be deducted from the remaining balance, provided adequate balance exists. Players will be notified by email before any fee is applied.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

4.1 gt777 is committed to maintaining a secure and compliant platform. As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, we may request identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to: upon registration, before processing a withdrawal, following a change in account details, or where suspicious activity is detected.

4.2 Acceptable identity documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Proof of address may be satisfied by a utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the last three months. 5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

All deposits to gt777 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The minimum deposit amount across all payment channels is ৳500. gt777 does not impose any fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges which are outside gt777's control.

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your gt777 wallet within approximately two minutes in the vast majority of cases. Bank transfer deposits from Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank are processed within one business day.

gt777 accepts deposits only from payment methods registered in the name of the account holder. Third-party deposits are prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be reversed and the player's account may be suspended pending investigation.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by the gt777 finance team and released to the player's verified payment method within 24 hours of approval, subject to completion of identity verification. There is no maximum number of withdrawal requests per month; however, a minimum withdrawal amount applies per channel as communicated in the cashier section of the platform.

Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment channel used for the player's most recent qualifying deposit. Where this is not possible due to technical constraints, gt777 support will contact the player to agree an alternative verified channel.

gt777 does not charge any fee on withdrawals. Processing fees charged by the receiving payment provider or bank are outside gt777's control and are borne by the player where applicable.

Funds derived from bonus balances may not be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before clearing wagering requirements will result in the bonus portion being voided.

5.3 Transaction Limits

gt777 reserves the right to impose transaction limits at the account or platform level at its discretion, including for anti-fraud, anti-money-laundering, or responsible gaming purposes. Players will be notified of any limits applied to their specific account.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Each promotion is governed by specific terms published at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms prevail with respect to that promotion only.

6.2 The gt777 Welcome Bonus offers a 100% match on a player's first qualifying deposit, up to a maximum bonus of ৳20,000. To qualify, the deposit must be ৳500 or more and the player must opt in to the bonus before or at the time of the deposit. The bonus is credited automatically once the qualifying deposit clears.

6.3 All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports bets), contribution percentages by game category, and expiry date of each bonus will be stated clearly in the promotion-specific terms. Players should read these terms in full before opting in.

6.4 The following conduct constitutes bonus abuse and will result in cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings, as well as possible account suspension:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Placing low-risk or contrary bets (hedging) for the primary purpose of clearing wagering requirements without genuine play intent.
• Exploiting a technical error, pricing mistake, or software glitch to gain a financial advantage.

6.5 gt777 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any promotion already claimed by a player in good faith will be honoured under the terms that were in force at the time of the claim.

7. Betting Rules

7.3 gt777 reserves the right to void any bet — before or after settlement — where:

10. Responsible Gaming

14. Account Termination & Suspension

14.1 You may close your gt777 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified withdrawal method within five business days.

14.2 gt777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account immediately and without prior notice where:
